Hi, I’m Amanda Lata, a PMP-certified Instructional Designer with a passion for creating learning experiences that inspire growth and drive measurable results. I bring a mix of creativity, structure, and empathy to every project I take on.
Throughout my career, I’ve designed and delivered learning programs that help organizations and teams reach their full potential. My experience includes developing e-learning courses, managing learning management systems, facilitating workshops, and coaching staff across both government and corporate environments. I love turning complex information into practical, engaging content that feels approachable and purposeful.
I believe effective learning design is part art and part science. My project management background allows me to stay organized and strategic, while my design mindset helps me create experiences that connect with learners in meaningful ways. I enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts, using data to guide decisions, and finding creative ways to make content both clear and impactful.
Outside of work, I run a small cottage bakery called A Lata Dough. Baking gives me a different kind of creative outlet and reminds me how attention to detail, consistency, and care can transform something simple into something memorable.
Whether I’m building a learning journey or a new recipe, I approach it with curiosity, purpose, and a commitment to excellence.
