I collaborated on a six-person team to build the PLACE Academy LMS from the ground up, starting with nothing more than the name. I contributed to all aspects of the project, including design, course development, and overall execution. I developed the majority of the courses by working closely with SMEs across PLACE and directly with brokers and agents to incorporate real-world examples. Courses span multiple weeks and feature a mix of videos, written content, quizzes, downloadable and uploadable resources, and live meetings to create an engaging, hands-on learning experience.
